Brad Kilby’s 1988 Nissan Patrol GQ originally came equipped with a 4.2-liter TB42 inline-six engine.
It now sits under a supercharged 6.0-liter LSx V8 built by North Vic Engines.
The engine is based on a 6.0-liter LY6 block fitted with forged internals. On top are two Quick Fuel 850 CFM carburetors and a TBS 6-71 Roots-style supercharger.
The engine is mated to a three-speed TH400 automatic transmission and the factory rear axle.
